Projects Execution

Project commencement :

After getting the purchase order and concept drawings our project manager will get the shop floor drawings done from our draftsman & submit to consultant for approval. After the approval of shop floor drawings, materials samples will be displayed at site and material approval will be taken from project incharge / consultant / client. After this material mobilization will happen in shipments.

Tools :

Tools list will be made and sent to the site as per the requirement including safety equipments.

Project Execution :

One of the partners will attend all important meetings and will facilitate smooth progress, timely completion.
Project Manager will be responsible for Entire activities at site. He is single point of contact, will take all decisions at site.

Site engineers will handle the specific jobs entrusted to them. Work execution will be planned in such a way that priority will be given to dependency jobs.

Project Manager& Engineers Will ensure the work is executed as per the specification & drawings, will take at most care for safety & quality.

After installation entire system will be put under routine tests jointly with clients representative only after this process installation will be commissioned
